By Steve
Generally pleased with this garden cart. My wife has been wanting something to carry potting soil, mulch, etc around the yard, but hated to use our wheelbarrow which is not as stable. I was worried this cart wouldn't be husky enough, but the wheels have heavy duty spokes and bearings - much stronger than a bicycle. I like that with no effort, the cart stands up on its end to take up less space in my garage.Axle is solid 3/4 inch steel shaft and the 1/2 inch plywood is metal edged and riding in angle-iron frame. Looks like it will hold up well. I assembled the cart in about an hour with only a wrench and a screwdriver. The nuts, bolts, and washers were nicely packaged making them easy to identify. Cart is much better than I expected from a product made in China!I have two complaints - the screws should be flat head so they suck down flush into the plywood compartment. I know the round headed screws will catch on a shovel, rake, or rip open a bag of soil used in the compartment. (I may change these myself over time.) The other concern is the bolts sticking out the side of the cart. I worry these will scratch a car, bikes, or even my own skin. Should have provided rubber tips to cover the exposed screw tips. If these two simple design issues were resolved, I would give this cart 5 stars.Word of caution - No super saver shipping. Shipping to my house in the midwest cost $50. Half the price of the cart.

By Consumer of life
Just days ago I was searching for a garden cart and concluded this one had the best quality/value ratio. It was also among the lower priced carts I found. With only one review I was uncertain, but proceeded nevertheless.Good call! The cart arrived a couple hours ago, less than 100 hours from my order, and one week early. Nice start. The product was well packed and organized, with small parts clearly labeled. The quality of the components was very good, with solid pieces all around, including painted plywood, solid steel edges, and quality tires. It's not a BMW folks so don't expect perfection, but at this price, it's an awesome cart! The instructions were among the best I've seen, and I assembled the cart in under one hour from unpacking. That is a big plus right there!Although I've used a full sized cart in the past, I like this size. It will carry plenty of material and will be easier for my wife and I to both use. With proper care, (keep it out of the rain and snow) this cart will surely last for 10-20 years.A couple points of note: 1 - Carefully read, and then follow the instructions, taking care to use the exact bolt and washer called for. I found it was helpful to hand-tighen the nuts until the cart was assembled, as that allowed for easier assembly. Tool tightenen all nuts snugly when done. 2 - The cart has a "removable" front but the tolerances on mine were to tight, so it will be permanent. A small hickup, but in practicality, a none issue for me. I've never really used that feature anyway, as it's usually easier to "dump" the cart empty and be on your way. It could probably be rigged to work, but that wasn't worth my time.In conclusion, I'm thrilled with the quality of my cart, the delievery, and the deal. Highly recommended.Happy carting!

By Robert A. Swift
This garden cart is manufactured in China and requires assembly. I bought one like it 8 years ago, and had to re-build parts of it each year to keep it usable. This cart came with great assembly instructions, solid and durable components, and good engineering. I keep my cart outside all year round, so it is exposed to all weather conditions. I expect this one will last for 10 years. I thought the price was very fair considering the quality of the materials and the engineering. If you buy one, expect assembly to take 2 hours.
