I have had my quick snap sprinklers in ground for 2 months now. I installed them with timers, and 1/2" poly tubing buried about 1 inch deep which I will remove and put away before the cold weather hits (just hate dragging hoses around our large yard). They work great. I had a little trouble adjusting the length of the spray (couldn't see where to put key to adjust) but got an email answer to my question within an hour from the company. Great customer service. I also purchased the gizmo to expel the water from the head at the end of watering season to prevent freezing. THis is a well thought out product, easy to install and adjust. Even when I add in the cost of the poly tubing and the timers this system is so inexpensive compared to traditional in ground systems. I highly recommend Quick-Snap.

I recently have purchased the Quicksnap Sprinkler system and it works pretty well. I did have a problem with the attachment breaking, but I called and they sent me 5 new model attachments that have worked great. It is somewhat of a hassle moving the hose around, but being that all of the sprinklers are already in place, you don't have to mess with moving the sprinklers, not to mention the ease of snapping it in and out of the sprinklers without having to screw that hose on. Unless you have a couple different outside spigots, you'll probably only be able to use 1, maybe 2 sprinklers at one time. If you're wanting to water your lawn once or twice a week because your grass needs it, but you also want to save a few dollars in the process... I feel this system is the one for you. No, I'm not an employee, nor do I know any of them. I am a real customer living in Terre Haute, Indiana. And I'm happy with the product.

I purchased 2 of these sprinklers last summer (2011), for our front yard and put then diagonally opposite of each other. They did really well as they covered most of the yard but a small section in one of the corners wasn't getting covered. So this year spring, I decided to order more and put in the back yard so I ordered the 5 pack. At first before installing them in the back yard I thought it would surely take all 5 to cover the entire back yard. However, I decided to install 2 and see how they covered and go from there. As it turns out I only used 4 for the back yard and they all cover the yard quite well and I can even run all 4 at once if I want to. So, I took the 5th one and put it in the front yard where it wasn't quite getting covered enough with water. For the backyard, I use the Y splitter provided and run a hose off of each of that Y to it's own sprinkler. Since I already had a BRASS 4 way splitter I can do this with extra spikets to spare. So, from the house spiket, I have a short 6' hose then on the end of that hose I screwed on the BRASS 4 way splitter, then I screwed onto the brass spiket one of the plastic provided Y SPLITTERS. I tried to daisy chain the hoses by running one hose to a sprinkler then put a Y on that sprinkler to run another hose to another sprinkler but there wasn't enough water pressure to make the heads pop up doing it that way. I also bought some blue decorative rock from the fish dept. at walmart and I put some of those small rocks in the hole where the sprinkler goes to help drainage and then when I put all the dirt in the hole around the sprinkler I top off around the top portion of the sprinkler head with these pretty blue rocks so a mud pit doesn't develop as the water comes on/off. Also, in our backyard we have flower beds all the way around the sides and back of the yard so I ran ALL my hoses to these sprinklers in the flower beds and even installed the sprinklers in the flower beds so I NEVER HAVE TO UNHOOK AND MOVE THE HOSES TO MOW!! I have pictures of all this and if I could figure out a way to upload pics here I would. Or if anyone is interested post a reply to this review and I will email pics. to you. In the fall before it freezes I just use my air compressor to blow out any water in the sprinkler (And I didn't even buy the adapter they sell) because if you have the trigger adapter for your compressor that you would use to blow say dirt out of your garage etc. then that thing works fine to blow out the water in the sprinklers. I then covered the top of the sprinkler with aluminum foil and turned a 5 gallon bucket upside down to cover that and put a brick on the bucket so the KANSAS wind won't blow the bucket off. Another tip: READ THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THESE SPRINKLERS!! When you install them, you CAN NOT adjust the left edge of where the water will spray only the right edge by using the key they provide. SO, with the left edge you need to rotate the entire sprinkler in the hole before you fill in the dirt around it so you get the left side watering where you want the water to land. I put the sprinkler in the empty hole before I put the dirt in the hole to gauge just where I want the left edge of the water to land. While the sprinkler is on, you can use your hand to rotate the sprinkler back and forth and not WAIT for it to cycle back on it's own to see where the water is landing on the right/left edges.
