I just received my American Made Hein-Werner 6 ton jack stands early today. They arrived in excellent condition. Delivery from Tool-topia was much quicker than expected. At almost 40 lbs/pair these will be my second pair of high quality Hein-Werner jack stands. My original set rated at 2 tons are over 35 years old and I never had a problem with them but the rating is only good for light to medium weight vehicles. My almost 6,000/lb Dodge Ram demands stronger stands and I will NOT under any circumstance put my life on the line using Chinese jack stands. I chose these over Snap-On 6 ton stands as the quality seems on par plus the pricing was better.Be sure to install the enclosed cotter pins per instructions to prevent the user from accidentally using the stands beyond the maximum height rating.

Great pair of Jacks. All the welds were done right and without flaws. As soon as I got them I put them to use on my truck and they worked great. Only bad thing I have to say about them is they were scratched up a bit and one of the legs poked through the box. Not a big deal considering i will be putting these things to serous use but the packaging could have been a little better.
