Works as good as Aquascape @ $150.00 cheaper and all the plumbing fit just fine. Good flow from waterfall also

I got this pump as a replacement for the Aquiscape SFA4500. It fit in the same space with the same fittings. I had to replace the $70 stop valve at the same time. It seems to put out the same output with a 10ft head. This is much cheaper than the new aquiscape alternative. If I have problems later I'll re-post.

This pump was easy to install replacing an Aquascape pump.The match was perfect as advertised. We don't have to fight over who has to pull out the dead frogs that use to get sucked into the old pump, as this pump has a guard on the intake to avoid frogs or fish from jamming up the pump. The pump arrived quickly. We did have a problem but the seller/manufacture had a new pump sent out with no problems. We saved about $300 buying it online.
