I needed a light-weight blanket/rain sheet living in Northern CA. This Kensington Roustabout Ultra light-weight Rain Sheet is easy off/on and came with a belly band and keeps my horse totally dry. The European cut fits my high-withered, 16.2 Appendix very well.
