I really like (and have used) the entire Advanced Nutrients line even though they are on the high-end price wise. What I dislike is the newer feature of auto-balancing pH, a feature most people are insanely in love with.I don't love it and here is the simple reason why: the plants I grow need pH changes in order to get the biggest and most fragrant flowers. In order to bring the pH UP to where I want it, I now need to use larger amounts of pH UP because the new formula is fighting me all the way. So, it's a struggle rather than a breeze to get the pH where I want it. I prefer the older formulations, but note that I will not change brands. This is an excellent product. Now, for newbies just getting growing, don't be put off by this. This is in general an EXCELLENT product and with just this (you need both parts A & B) you can grow outstanding flowers (so long as you also watch your pH levels, pest controls, heat and lighting) without buying into the entire line of supplements. Be careful not to overfeed: newbies better have a professional grade meter to see what they've mixed up. Over-feeding and wrong pH are the most common issues I've seen with plant burn etc, and Advanced Nutrients does a good job helping people avoid these pitfalls with a solid lineup of nutrients and best of all, their free online nutrient calculator that can be found on their website.
